Lets change the theme a little..!

I had the opportunity to hear and see a slide presentation by a photographer who is expert in bird photography and it seemed to plant a seed that perhaps I should consider trying my hand at bird photography. A short while after that presentation I contacted a very good friend of mine who also happens to be a birder and is expert in bird photography to see if I could join in the next time they went out shooting. The next thing I know away we go for a day at Rondeau Provincial Park which is on Lake Erie just South East of Chatham ON. That venture did spark an interest and while I don’t have images ready to post yet from that day I do have a few images from my own back yard. I learned that Baltimore Orioles love oranges so I tried it in the back yard. There are a pair that have been with us ever since. There are also a pair of Rose Breasted Grosbeaks with us and many more that come to visit. While these photos leave a lot to be desired it has wet my apatite for bird photography.
